• LED Ultrabrite Light Source - LEDs are ideal for edge-lighting illumination. They are extremely durable and long lasting. They are also extremely efficient and emit almost no heat.

• Energy Efficient Operation - LED edge-lit illumination uses up to 90% less energy than fluorescent or neon alternatives. Carmanah Signs has developed edge-lit LED lighting technology that is up to 25% more efficient than competing LED lighting technologies.

• Computer-Controlled Acrylic Engraving - Not all engraving is the same! To control the light output effectively requires an intimate knowledge of engraving angles and depths. Carmanah Signs has been manufacturing edge-lit LED signage since 1994 and has an unparalleled knowledge of the engraving process. In fact, the company has developed proprietary cutting tools and techniques to ensure image definition is crisp and clean, with optimum visibility - even for the most intricate designs.

• CNC Routered or Laser Cut Acrylic Faces - Carmanah's sign faces can be cut to literally any shape to fit any theme or design.

• Interchangeable Acrylic Faces - Carmanah's signs are designed so that the acrylic faces can be replaced without the need to replace the entire sign. A practical and socially responsible feature.

• Ultra-Slim Aluminum Housings - Carmanah's LED illuminated signs are extremly low profile without a bulky housing. The housings are easily concealed (for integration into other sign composites) and the housings can be powder-coated or anodized to provide a variety of custom finishes.

• Ease of Installation - A variety of flexible mounting options are available for Carmanah's signs. As our signs operate on only 12 volts, no conduit is required and our signs can be mounted safely without the need for a professional.
