Warranty Registration

You may register the warranty for your Carmanah product by sending us the mail-in warranty registration card or by using the online warranty registration form.

Product Returns

Carmanah products are covered by a minimum 1-year warranty. Contact your Carmanah representive for details.

An Return Materials Authorization number (RMA number) must be obtained from CTC Customer Service prior to returning any CTC Products and must be displayed on the shipment as well as accompanying paperwork. To prevent duty and taxes being assessed, Buyer's goods being returned to CTC from outside of Canada must include on commercial invoice and all shipping documentation “CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING”. Failure to provide this may result in non-acceptance of shipment by CTC.
